Having insights of product, I interviewed around 12 to 15 individuals such as customers and vendors to Figure out how to design their handy product thereby, planning to conduct a survey to different set of Audience like customers, shop owners and jewel designers through Google form wherein random question had been asked to different kind of audience to be answered for keen understanding of their keenness to have online AR jewelry app. After completion of survey, I received around 56 responses
24 From customer Pov and 32 from Vendor Pov.

Competitor analysis

The competitor has different try-on aspects but their
is not a single app for different solutions.

While keeping the above statistic in mind, I analyzed the 3 most popular apps surrounding this space on that time between 2018-2019. I found that almost none of them had this aspect of app consistency, quality and experience to help the users get satisfied. Then this became my opportunity for the solution.

How I constructed User flow before getting into solution

After I've concluded the structure of the app, planned to design a very minimal and simplistic user flow of app.

Why minimal? because the user should seamlessly interact with the app without any distractions and there is a direct link for web to generate from the particular store as well.

Usability Flow of MVP

Mask Group 4.png

Used the final prototype which is meant for IOS /Android to test with our ’in-house and known circles like friends in our targeted age categories to know how Participants were able to use the app. Having been finished testing, that helped me exploring opportunities to improve the overall experience by producing an effective customer centric experience for user.
